An Interview with President and Founder, Fabio H Silveira

Fabio the owner, has spent nearly half his life in the car business. Started out as a young teenager with two cars in his front yard which he sold to his close friends. He eventually rose to follow his dream, to own his own business. Moved his way up as he was successful in selling. After realizing he could change people's lives, he decided to make this his profession. Now if you look at Fafama.com inventory you will see that there's more than 300 cars available and ready to be driven. He is now a successful founder and president of Fafama Auto Sales, Inc in Milford, Massachusetts.

And the secret to his success?

"Satisfied customers," he says. "They tell their friends about how their experience was, the word is then spread through mouth to mouth and I've been growing. I can honestly say that my customers are happy with our service and quality of the vehicles that my company provides."

It sounds so simple, but his believes are finding out the wants/needs of each customer and being able to provide that.

His philosophy?

"Treat the customer like He’s your last." As a result, he says, "my clients feel that my company really cares about them."

If you want to find him, don't look in his office. He spends 95 percent of his time picking out the right vehicles. "In order to have a successful company I need to make sure my clients have access to the best quality vehicles” he explains.

Since its founding in 2001, the company has grown to sell more than 13,000 cars.
